01The course
Course description
Rhythmic Gymnastics brings together movement, music and the use of hand apparatus in an elegant, harmonious discipline. Centro Ester's course is for girls ages 3 to 18, on a single pathway that grows with them.
Through work on coordination, flexibility and a sense of rhythm, students grow technically and expressively, guided by FGI-qualified instructors (Italian Gymnastics Federation).
A pathway that values grace, commitment and self-confidence, all the way to recitals and competitions.

Single course
Days: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Times: Mer 18:45–20:15; Ven 16:00–18:00; Sab 11:30–12:30. Notes: Ages 3 to 18.
