01The course
Course description
Artistic Gymnastics develops strength, flexibility and coordination through complete technical work. At Centro Ester the pathway is split into two levels: a Beginner course for the youngest, ages 3 to 10, and an Advanced course from age 11 up.
Students tackle gradual progressions on floor work and technical elements, always safely and under the guidance of instructors attentive to each one's growth.
A pathway that brings together discipline, elegance and self-confidence, lesson after lesson.

Days: Monday, Wednesday. Times: 16:15–17:15. Notes: Ages 3 to 10.Advanced course
Days: Monday, Wednesday. Times: 17:15–18:45. Notes: Ages 11 and up.
